Worst experience with any medical provider. Poor customer service during on-call request for urgent guidance, poor response time (3 hours), nurse showed up unprepared with PPE, equipment, and verbal guidance or support to comfort our loved one during her transition. No follow-up or support from Snowline after loved one passed. No support from Social Services. Snowline was very persistent with request for monetary donations in many forms of payment. Did not receive any case closure in terms of a letter or telephone call. Overhaul of oversight procedures is needed. Snowline Hospice was a total “snow job.”
