My mother and mother in law both were here for therapy post surgery. They both got the absolute best care. Everyone was friendly and attentive and went above and beyond. Both loved it so much they continued after discharge with out patient.

This is the WORST nursing home I have yet to come across. My mother was recently there for skilled therapies. I will admit the therapy staff was outstanding!! However, everything else was absolutely the worst. The aids and staff, although very friendly for the most part, are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. It is very clear that they are always understaffed. We had an issue that escalated to the DON and administrator of the building. WHAT A JOKE they both are. So unprofessional and such attitude. Nothing could every be their staffs fault, it clearly was my mothers fault. They do not take ownership and want to place blame on residents. The DON had a low cut top on and was showing her tattoo on her breast, as I said so disgusting and unprofessional. Who hires these people???? All the staff, including all the nurses, go out to smoke and come back in reeking of cigarettes and perfume to try to cover the smell. My mother has COPD and it aggravated her symptoms. What nurse smokes?? How stupid. I pulled my mother out to go to another nursing home, we are much happier there. OH, and the FOOD! absolutely piss poor. I would love to see if their own staff and kitchen staff would eat what they serve. Can't believe this place is a "5 star facility". I didn't even want to give it 1.
