Pleasant Lake Villa

My husband has been in rehab at Pleasant Lake Villia for over a month. Per the facility he has made himself his own contact he says that is not true. The facility does not update me on my husband's condition the facility very rarely returns phone calls, the staff is always rude and oftentimes just hangs up on me I'm not able to visit due to Covid, they broke his cell phone. My husband is blind and has a hard time finding the room phone and when I ask for somebody to please have him call me or go to his room to help him answer his phone they refuse. Today on September 5th I called seven times to try to speak to him and was not successful the charge nurse named Sherry finally went to the floor and answered the phone she immediately started yelling at me saying they don't just sit around waiting for the phone to ring. I tried to explain that I called seven times and got nowhere at one point I did tell the receptionist that I was in a position but I needed to call the local police to do a well check because I can't ever talk to my husband I don't know what's going on. Sherry began yelling at me because I threatened to call for a well check I'm entitled to do that especially since I can't get any information. I asked her to go to his room and assist him in answering the phone, she said he's in his room alert and oriented and refused, she hung up on me. So I did call the Parma police they called the facility and the same nurse told them he was in dialysis. My husband has complained to me about his care which I have tried to address but they keep telling me he's his own point of contact he has asked to be moved but the facility refuses to provide me with any information and now I have no contact with him
