PruittHealth - Magnolia Manor

This is a nice facility visually… But that is it! The level of care is well below standard and the administrators don’t seem to care or correct the problem. I have a friend who is very young but will be in a nursing home for the remainder of his life… He is mentally all there his body just doesn’t work for him anymore. He has a history of heart problems and diabetes. There are times when he presses the call button that no one even steps into the room for up to an hour. At the very least someone should lay eyes on him quickly to make sure that he is not in distress, then they can come back later if need be for whatever they were called to do (ie: insulin meds, check sugar levels, etc.) Also, the night crew is a joke. My friend has had many things including money stolen from him. Shameful.

Magnolia manor on 3003 veterans Pkwy needs to get better you have certain over head staff who let certain CNA get away with anything even down to how they treat they resident personally to me I'm not working there any more but Jeffery the Adminstrator has to be sleeping with a staff member name ducan he favors her alot she's always in his office all the time that girl had a foul mouth she curses her residents an treats them like crap an Marsha McKinney an jeff always let her get away with it with not even suspending her she curses oit other staff an they will not fire her for her behavior at all o bet u if Neil pruitt gets ahold of this information he needs to look into this place he is the owner of the company I will never pit my parents in such a place they call her ducan I've seen her abuse her resident over an over an she got away with it the resident don't even have a chance their
