Do not go there! Took three days to get my mother a blanket when she was cold! Never bring fresh water around! They could care less if the patients can get to their tray or nurse call button! A big NO!

The home is nice and clean! But the staff are uncaring!!! They don't want to help the patient with anything out of the normal. No help with the food trays! Ask three or four times for a bedpan. Even told my mother they could not find one??? Next time we will use a different facilities!!

My father suffered with Parkinson's Disease and was involved in an auto accident in Oct. 2018. He did rehab at Pruitt. The physical therapist worked well with him.The nursing staff (especially one expecting in a few months), seemed to be lazy and uncaring. He fell three times while he was there. They did not have alarms on his bed or wheel chair. When asked why not, they said, we don't have that here. The two other nursing/rehabilitation facilities that we have used did have alarms incase he got up by himself. The last time he fell, he hit his head and his face. He got a black eye and a cut over his eyebrow. The only thing they did after this hard fall was "put him in time out". They made him stay at the nurses station for two hours so they could keep an eye on him. He said he was so sleepy and cold but they did nothing to make him comfortable. I feel he should have at leaset been taken to the hospital for testing of a concussion, etc. Two days later he passed away. He was not in rehab for a life threatening illness, but died in their care. Would I recommend this facility? Absolutely not.
