This is a very nice facility. The rooms are kept clean and are very spacious and the staff is amazing. They take great care of my grandmother. We have tried other facilities and the cost was higher, the rooms were never cleaned and the staff was slow to respond to patient needs. We are so happy we found Regency North Bend.

This is not my first nursing home experience in the area, but it is by far the best! Unlike the others, it doesn’t smell, it is well lit, the people are nice, the food is good, the rooms are clean, the garbage (I kid you not, other locations charge $250/month for garbage... this one has it included!) is always taken out. The dining area is massive such that it’s easy to move wheelchairs around. They take the time to feed my mother-in-law which takes 45 minutes at a time. I also looked at the Medicaid review details... they look odd to me. Most felt like they had nothing to do with the quality of care and health related aspects. So far the care has been outstanding.

My mother is a resident of Regency North Bend, and I couldn't be happier with the care that she receives. The nurses and aides are caring, kind, and communicate well with my mom and my entire family. We are always welcomed upon entering. The facility is clean and well maintained, and housekeeping does a superior job. The home never smells of urine! I also like that everything has been renovated and doesn’t look like a nursing home.
