I'd give this place no stars if that were an option. Do NOT send your loved ones to this place! They talked my mom into signing a POA for my narcissistic sister behind the family's back, and my sister is now stealing my mom's social security checks, for which I have proof. They never asked if there were any other family members to consult. My sister NEVER visits my mom, and has even since told the home to not allow my mother to leave the premises with me despite the fact I had been taking her out to lunch twice a week. She does this out of some psychotic need to control others, and the whole family is aware of her dysfunctional behavior. This has caused my mom a great deal of anxiety, and now she seems to be developing a heart condition from the stress. I have just filed for Guardianship to hopefully cancel this POA and get her out of this hell hole.In the meantime, the staff there treats me like a criminal (thanks to my sister gaslighting everyone there), though I'm the only visitor my mother gets and the only one who actually cares about her. I've even had staff there hang up on me for simply asking about my mother's health!Again, do NOT use this nursing home if you love your family member!
