I didn't even want to give this facility a star! i have witnessed patients in 2 of the units ignored and miss treated by the very people who are supposed to care for them, wheelchairs aggressively shoved where ever the aids/nurses feel like shoving them, elderly begging to be taken to the restroom completely ignored, call bells being ignored for patients needing bed pans or assistance because they are tangled in their oxygen hoses. The aids are more interested in collecting a pay check then helping the elderly....
