Moved my parents from this facility over 2 years ago and should have done it sooner! They failed to follow doctors orders and my mom ended up in the hospital requiring a transfusion. Rooms were filthy, bathrooms stunk. I pulled the call light to get my father help to the bathroom, stood in the hall trying to get help, and 45 minutes later someone finally responded! Staff observed not washing hands after bathroom care. It’s pathetic our senior citizens are allowed this kind of care!
