This is a low-income HUD senior apartment complex. It is not independent living or retirement. You have to be at least 62, and able to care for yourself. I live here and have been here years. Management is rude, unapproachable, and if residents complain, look out for notice to leave the premises, complaining you are 'noncompliant.' They put false dates on notices to enter your apartment so that it looks like they comply with Ohio landlord tenant act requirement of landlords giving minimum 24-hour notice before entering property. Notice often dated 3 days earlier, put under door night before! Several residents have seen mice, yet nothing is done.
