I have had to send the police to do a well-being check I am unable to speak to him he is not allowed to answer the phone or if he is they unplug it so that he can’t hear it ringing at his room they deny him his basic rights and permitted gifts. I have had a nurse scream at me not once but twice and she is not somebody that I know at all outside of this facility or situation it is just disgusting to me and I have had to hire a lawyer. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure the people in charge I have no idea and it’s hard to contact them because she does not allow me to know anything about my relative not his guardian not anything not even her name
