Terrible. Made promises to the Sun City AZ.location The Palms. No new carpet or pain, no going to the dining room for meals after 3:00 pm. Meals in plastic and have to order. Management Director no visiblility. In hiding, and not personable. Place is falling apart. Not the place Stellar took over. Acted at first when they bought complex. Now nothing being done. Need new management.

They bought a retirement facility in our town. Then served eviction notices to all of the seniors after they had said they could stay. Horrible business practice. Shows a real lack of compassion and an integrity only to the almighty dollar
