Not a great choice for your loved one. Not very pleasant staff some actually rude. Can’t ever directly get ahold of anyone ex. Social workers,activity director,business ofc. Mgr. always a game of leaving voicemails & phone tag. Constantly changing residents rooms. Room changes happen every 1-2 weeks. No respect or order in place for residents belongings. When my loved one left for a different facility way over half of her belongings,clothes,shoes & gifts I had gotten her were not accounted for. When I questioned I was told “that’s all that was in her room” they absolutely have no regard or respect of keeping residents items with resident. My loved one was there over a year & every visit she was wearing clothes other than the numerous ones I bought her. They do not keep track at all even when their name is written inside items. They also do not keep your loved one safe. I got numerous calls about another resident pushing or shoving my loved one down to where she actually fell back to floor & hit her head. Another resident punched her in the stomach. I absolutely do not recommend sycamore run Nursing facility!!!
