I'm having on contacting my bother, or asking about his Health situation ( and I'm his Health Proxy )he had surgery at Garner Health and sent back to ELLIOT AT ERIE STATION and NOBODY CAN GIVE ME ANY IMFORMATION CONCERNING MEDICAL ( AND I AM HIS HEALTH PROXY ) FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND HE HAS HAD SURGERY AND I WAS NOT IMFORMED OF HOW HE IS DOING AFTER SURGERY ONLY THAT I WAS TOLD THAT BY BEING THE HEALTH PROXY, I MUST MAKE A DECISION, ME AND WE HAVE MADE A DECISION , WE MADE DECISION BUT I CAN'T TELL NOBODY OR EVEN TALK TO HIM.
