The Orchards of Westlake Living and Rehab Center

Place is horrible, people are lazy, they under staff, they even overdose patients , ( I saw it with my own eyes) ,place is dirty, nurses doesn’t know the difference between 5 mg of morphaine and 5 ml, that’s what the incompetent nurse gave my mother, now my mother just past away the nursing home packed up her stuff, we picked it up today (4-6-2020), started going through it at home, there was broken picture frames, old tissues that had snot on them, food opened in box that was all over the rest of stuff, even a bed sheet that belongs to nursing home, and I haven’t even went through all the boxes, I’m getting so aggregated I need to stop

My brother doesn't even have a chair in his room. Every single time I visit him he's in bed. He's only 57 years old and partially paralyzed. The staff could at least help him to the dining room area to eat his meals. There's not even a chair for visitors. He should have a comfortable reclining chair so he doesn't have to lay in bed 24/7. He gets no exercise whatsoever. His mattress is so worn out and flat. I'd love to see the bed the owners sleep on. The rooms are filthy. The nursing home should he shut down. Or at the least made comfortable for the residents. He lives in pitiful conditions. If I was capable to care for him I would. It breaks my heart that he has to live in those conditions! So Sad! I wish I could leave 0 star's. MINUS 100 stars!! Poorly organized staff!! They very seldom shower him, he never gets shaved or a hair cut!
