if you can find somewhere to put your loved one...do so.This place used to be decent but has become increasingly deficit in how they provide for their residents. Staffing has taken a nose dive due to the Covid so it seems a though they are hiring any warm body that comes in off of the street. Cna's are rude nasty and disrespectful to the residents. The residents are treated as burdens rather than human beings who deserve care and attention. If the residents ask for help from the cna's they get back talk and are told that they don't have time, if they do help to residents it is with such nastiness that you would think the residents had asked them do something that was not "their job." The facility does not have adequate equipment for a place that says they can house 120 people. There are 4 wings in this facility and 1 "sit to stand" machine, really they at least need 4 maybe 5 in order to help the residents get quicker help to the restrooms or for changes. The cna's have to search the facility to find where the machine was last used then take it to the current area of need. Food is terrible, followup from staff sucks, being kept up to date on the residents current medical situation near to none. Do you self and your loved one a favor and try find better if you can.
