My mother had to be there for 2 weeks. The facility is not well maintained and was not clean. The response time to patients is extremely slow. For the most part, the night staff was not good. Many of them wore street clothes and no name tags. I spent the nights in her room as I was not comfortable with the staff and their “care”. We transferred my mother to another facility as quickly as possible.
