Moved into memory care and it has been a disaster. The costs are crazy and the staff is overworked and there are not enough of them. Parent is supposed to be getting extra care per their care level plan. None of it is happening. Very money hungry. Sells the rooms even though they know they do not have the staff to take care of them. The executive director site in his office and never comes out to address the many problems.
