Do not bring your loved one to this facility. My mom was here for rehab after having congestive heart failure and they neglected her needs. I had to make sure they cleaned her bathroom (there was feces on the toilet lid one day), ask them to change her bed, and make sure they were giving her a shower even though she was supposed to be on a shower schedule. They dropped the ball on her diuretic and did not give it too her saying the doctor at Cox South did not give orders. I told 2 different people during admission that she had to have it. After 10 days, she was set back and had congestive heart failure and pneumonia again which made her weak and sleepy. They threatened on several occasions to "kick her out" or 'move her to long term care facility" if she did not participate. Speech therapy gave her a test while she was down and sent the result to the doctor who said she had dementia. She does not have dementia. Her admission test gave her a 15/15 on her questions The speech therapist would not listen when I said her problem was lack of oxygen to her system from CHF. After 30 days in there, she was sent home with supervision. so she is not able to stay by herselft. When this happens, Brad lied to me and said DHS has to be called to your home and it was state law. When I asked for the law, he said "well it wasn't a state law but a company police". I asked for copy of that and he could not provide. He said they never come out and he only knew of one case. Well, he lied again. They came today. And like I told him, they found no issue. I told him her home and care was better than they provided. DO NOT take your love one here!!
