VNFW was my hospice provider until six months ago. Two days before Christmas they told me I had until January 1st to admit myself into a nursing facility or they would drop me as a client. I am with another company now and six months later I am still comfortable in my home. The aides were very good, but the nurses and social workers were vindictive and very unprofessional. VNFW did everything they could to make the transition to the new company difficult including trying to take my bed, commode, wheelchair, and other equipment the next day. I would rate them a negative number if I could.
