Trying to contact your Relative here is impossible. The main line just ring, ring, and ring. When they finally answer they connect me to her number which ring, ring, and ring. The nursing staffs are very rude and unprofessional. Always providing excuses why she is not answering her phone. Maintenance has not been called yet to check out this problem. This has been going on for at interval a long period of time and especially the last 2 weeks. This is unacceptable. She is well up in age and unable to reach her phone

This is a horrible nursing facility. My grandmother was sent here when discharged from the hospital within a two day period she got bad and could've died because of the lack of their service. Don't take your elders here!!

after I place my last review ,I am mow told I won't be able to visit my niece in her room,and that I must call before I visit or I won't be allowed to enter, and that police would be called to arrest me. under the new protection law, they can't do this,unless I hard harm or did something,they can be sued,so as soon as my niece is returned to nursing home from the hospital this new rule set for me only, and won t be given to me in writing, I will go to jail, to get this in the courts.I am saying to Warren Barr south loop to bring it in, and if my niece is harm by them I will seek justice. all lives matter. if I am threatened by them are if I am harm by anyone on there behalf,please take notice.

I have family there, and the service is bad. not enough CNAs causing my family member to continue to get infection, shame on doctors and nurses partition,go against your order, and them try to force you out. for problem they created. she has had 3 super infection. so short staffed.

My grandfather stayed there each time he surgery and I loved the staff and the Social Worker who stayed in constant contact with me was pleasant each time I spoke to her. The only issue I had was minor but every time I went to check on him someone was cleaning the room. This place was spotless????
