This nursing home is horrible, my relative had crippling arthritis to where he was unable to hold an utensil to eat, but we were told he could feed himself and was allowed to get a bed sore so big you could probably put your fist through (nursing home told us it was illegal to take a picture) because they would leave him in his chair all day from morning until it was time for him to go to bed and would not turn him as needed.
