You could not ask for a more caring staff. It’s not a new building but it is very clean. The food was actually very good.

Foothills takes their 'for profit' status very seriously. Patient care not so much. My room was dilapidated, furniture that was picked up curbside during Brush and Bulky, a very heavy repurposed by- pass door that was hard to manage with a fracture and a walker, the universal answer to all questions was 'I don't know'. Meals were planned by a ' nutritionist' who clearly did not graduate at the top of their class, call button wait time 45 minutes to 2 hours. The problem is not the staff but money-grubbing management. Just say NO to Foothills!

If I could give it 0 stars I would have. Do not sent your loved one to this facility. These recruiters that come to the hospitals talk a good game they are deceitful, they lie and they do not follow up . I had a family member at this facility for 3 months. Came out worse than when they went in. No improvements. They sure know how to keep the patient drugged up and in a stupor. Takes the staff from 45 min to a hour to help patient to move position in bed or to be cleaned . Some of the staff members are dedicated to their patient however they are just a few. Most are paycheck employees. You also see staff on their phones texting, talking nothing to do with their jobs. As you observe and listen you can tell it is all about profits and let’s keep the money rolling as for my loved one really regret had to spent 3 months at the facility No empathy for the patient
