For the love of your love one Do Not send them there. The PT is good but the floor staff is horrible they have no respect for the patient's and they don't care. By the time the staff response to the call light it is too late and the patient is usually sitting in their sh... Administration is even worse all they do is yes you n they do nothing to help. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible place. Staff is rude. You can never reach the nurses station and when you do you’re on hold for over 30 minutes. Social workers are no help at all and are arrogant. They gave my mother the wrong medication which made her so sick and said she was ready to be discharged. That same day she was going to be discharged she was taken by ambulance to the ER. NEVER again will I have a family member go there. HORRIFIC

This has been a horrible experience for me and my family. But the worst experience was the client my father who stayed at glengariff for 2 weeks. During this time he fell not once not twice but three times and ended up in the hospital. He also was dressed in women's clothing on two occasions... The staff is nasty and the food is horrible.. These were my father's comments.. and to boot I just did his laundry from there and there was a whole bag of feces...This is terrible and I never want anyone to go through that I hope glengarriff can weed out the bad apples.. or do something I am heartbroken with all due respect...Geno

If we could give 0 stars we would. Completely disregarded any medical information that we were trying to give them and as a result our loved one became critically ill. He had to be readmitted into a hospital and is now in ICU. It was very difficult to reach the nurses station.
