I was a patient with Home to Stay for 2 years. I am very dissatisfied with their services. Home Health aides were not doing their job and always on their phones. Also would call off often and the agency would never send anyone else in their place. Home Health aides conducted themselves inappropriately even violated patient confidentiality. Home to Stay kept saying the home health aides aren't allowed to do certain things which were ridiculous. Saying home health aides aren't allowed to do the dishes when they get there in the morning if they were dirty from the night before. It got so ridiculous that it was impossible to work along with this agency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone needing home health care.
