My friend Bill has lived at Personal Touch for 14 years and it is home.The staff is caring and devoted,the house and grounds are clean and well kept.I sleep peacefully knowing he is happy,content and safe.Thanks is not enough,high marks for a comfortable,clean,efficiently run facility.
