Can we rate lower then a 1...... 3 times I have incountered with this agency. (If this is the one that comes to the Hillsboro/Aloha area) and all 3 times you have failed the client. I have been care giving for over 35 years and I can not believe the way they treat our elderly resindents. The 3rd time started out good, but yesterday just showed the failure again. All 3 times it has to do with your PT department. 1st client they came in and assessedthe client who just got out of rehap and said they can move around ok so PT wasn't really needed. Took the client to the Dr. for their follow up and told the doctor. They were not inagreement and said they would call to make sure they continued. a couple days later talked with your OT. she said that she would come a couple times a week to work with her. She came once a week for a month and then discharged her. 2nd client had hip surgery. home from rehap. Only came like once a week and then discharged that client say he didn't need anymore help. the client went down hill after that. 3 client. Had hip surgery again. Home from rehap. took almost a month before hearing from the agency to come in to help. Both OT and PT came in strong welling to help. put a plan into place. Saw the PT person only that time and then someone took over. The client did well on Monday. The PT person even said he did. I was there. Then yesterday a totally new PT person came in while the client was on the toilet. Told the son (didn't even talk to the client) saying that PT isn't really helping him that we are going to dicharge him. WHAT!!!!! he has never seen this client let alone even talk to him to make this judgment. The guy sounds to me like he doesn't even want to do his job! You are in the wrong business to helping out the elderly if you can not take the time to work with them. Yes they do move slower and take a little longer to heal. I know I will never advise anyone to use this company.
