This place is a disgrace. Service is minimal because it is short staffed. There were bugs crawling on the walls in one of my rooms Food is unhealthy . Too much salt and sugar in the food . Staff tried to accommodate but it. Wasn’t staffed properly. I would not recommend this place to a Dog. I caught Covid while I was there. It should be closed down. Very unprofessional workers(some)

This whole facility needs an on-site ombudsman for the residents who live there. Since Fundamental has taken over management, the quality and availability of supplies and standard of care, have declined greatly! You can buy better quality puppy pads at your local Dollar General for dogs, than are provided for the residents. Left over food is served the next day as an alternative with very few options of choice. Snacks are limited to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or graham crackers, and must be requested from the kitchen as with extra beverages other than iced water. There isn’t anything kept in the nourishment rooms other than what families bring in for their loved ones. Staffing is kept based on how many residents are in the building, not the level of care needed and unfortunately it’s legal and that’s how they get away with it. Therefore, everyone is overwhelmed with the patient load. As it’s impossible for one person to care for more than 8 people who are total-care, effectively. This facility has taken a beating from Fundamental and it’s showing. I feel sorry for the staff and administrator of this facility due to this healthcare management company. It’s taking a toll and it shows.
