Terrace View Gardens

I would like to compliment all of the great staff at Terrace View Gardens! They really went above and beyond to make my father feel right at home while providing the care that he required. The therapy department motivated my father to work towards the goals necessary to return back home. I would highly recommend Terrace View Gardens to anyone in need of therapy or nursing care.

Terrace View Gardens was nothing but wonderful when I went there for rehab following my hospital stay. The therapy dept was top notch and helped me get home quick. The staff was friendly and the food was pretty good. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

If I could give this place no stars I would.... this place doesn't care at all about the patients. My grandma was in pain dying and they didn't care. She went almost 24hours gasping for air and in pain. It took them over 5hours to get morphine and they kept coming up with excuse after excuse of why it was taking so long. We had to act a fool just to get them to speed up the process.... When someone is in such pain they need to be at the top of the list not take sweet time to get to. A few of the nurses had attitudes and seemed rude. Someone was stealing my grandma's clothes and nobody cared. The Chaplin kept trying to crack jokes in such an intense and heartbreaking moment. He came in the room once to unplug his iPad charger and another to get his iPad. That shouldn't of even been a worry. Maybe if they actually cared about the patients they would go peacefully. My grandma struggled and fought the entire time. No compassion whatsoever. I wish she would of been in a different place that would of let her go easy and pain free. Never go to this place.
