Zebulon Rehabilitation Center

Stay away from Zebulon Rehab!!! My dad was there for 24 hours!!! He fell twice and had to be sent to the ER. The staff seems incredible/caring when you are looking at the facility, but once you are there they do a 180 degree turn. I am still waiting for a callback from Christy (Admissions) after my dad's second fall. After the first fall, I called the nurse and she said she my dad was doing fine and she just gave him insulin. I was livid, I said my dad does not take insulin. She then put me on hold and said she thought I was someone else. To top it off, they had my dad's name flipped. I corrected them four times and they never changed it. Once I went to the ER, the records were all messed up. It took forever to get the insurance cleared.

Do not take your loved one to Zebulon Rehab. I had my father admitted there and less than 24 hours, he fell twice. The staff appeared unorganized and not concerned. On top of it, when they took my dad to ER, they had his name wrong. It was a mess to get it correctly. The admissions is very nice and seem caring but once they got you, it goes downhill. I’m still waiting on a callback from the admissions. I checked my dad out after his 2nd fall.
