Capitol Home Health

The nurses and therapist are great, kind and professional. As our lived one is a long term patient, it was an awful experience when we needed desperate help due to a fall and lacerations when the office sat on the doctors order and wouldn’t help, because it wasn’t their policy. I spent 4-5 days acting as a go between because they wouldn’t speak directly to the doctors office. Blood everywhere. My loved one is 99 years old.

I started having severe back spasms Tue Nov 24. Physician sent script to Capitol Home Health for at home PT. Here is what happened:1. Capitol Home Health said they didn't get the script2. Capitol Home Health said they didn't accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas Insurance3. BCBS said Capitol Home Health is a Preferred Provider4. Called CHH again to inform them they were a Preferred Provider and CHH said they call back in one hour--they never called back4. Called CHH again and they said they call back by the end of the day--they never called back5. Called a final time and the issue was being escilated to marketing--true to form I never got a call from them
