Do Not Go Here!The Director of Nursing could care less of the care she and the staff provide. She will not give the time for a conversation.They do not follow proper discharge procedures from the hospital for wound care, diet. I will say the PT, OT is good but the nursing (very critical to care) is the pitfall. The Administration needs an overhaul and they need to clean house and get people in there who are leaders and actually care about the patients.

Don't ever take a loved one to Regency of Canton!!! My mother was treated like trash! She had very rough nurses aides! One kept unpluging from the wall the nurse call button, another took her for a bath and was very snotty and told my mother don't get her uniform wet!? Hello your washing a patient it's inevitable your uniform wet!!! Then the day before we took her out of that place to be at home where she will be properly taken of. We go to her closet and All of her brand new clothes with tags were stolen!!?"Hmm... Nurses aides stole her clothes, THEN SAYS TO MY MOTHER SHE DIDN'T HAVE CLOTHES THERE!!!! We brought them there so we know there were brand new clothes!!!! Then they stole her phone charger! They don't help cut up food or open packages on her tray she's unable to do these things!!! One important thing is if they (nurses aides) are moning and don't treat patients with care they need to be in a different field of work!!!! They get minimum wage yes but THEY CHOOSE THIS PROFESSION!! RUDE DISRESPECTFUL THIEVES!
